Welcome to Ardigo Swim! By accessing or using our website www.ardigoswim.ca, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or browsing the site.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our site, including:
    •    Violating any laws or regulations
    •    Attempting to hack or introduce malicious content
    •    Using our content, images, or branding without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Products & Pricing

We aim to ensure all product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:
    •    We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any detail is inaccurate (including after an order has been placed)
    •    All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated
    •    Our bikinis are made in small quantities, and restocks are not guaranteed

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:
    •    All information provided is accurate and complete
    •    You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method
    •    Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select countries and aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to:
    •    Location
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Customs (for international orders)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. :(

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we only accept exchanges IF THE ITEM IS UNWORN WITH TAGS within 5 days of receiving the item. We do not offer return labels for exchanges. If there’s an issue, please contact us at ardigo.swim@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including images, logos, graphics, product designs, and written content  is the property of Ardigo Swim and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
    •    Use of our website
    •    Purchase or use of our products
    •    Technical errors, delays, or outages

Use our products at your own risk. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please review materials or contact us before purchasing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
