Hey bikini babe! We want you to love your new swimwear, and we’re here to make sure you have the best possible shopping experience with us. That said, since our pieces are super intimate and made with love, we have a few policies in place to keep things safe and clean for everyone.

Because of hygiene reasons (and because we want every girl to get a fresh, unworn piece!), we can only do exchanges if the item is unworn; tags and protective stickers MUST STILL BE ATTACHED within 5 days of receiving the item. If you need to exchange please email us at  ardigo.swim@gmail.com 

We know online shopping can be tricky, so please double-check your size using our size chart before checking out! And if you ever need help picking a size or style, we’re just an email away.

If your order arrives with a defect or we accidentally sent you the wrong item — so sorry, babe! We’ll make it right.

Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it’s out of our hands (literally!).

We recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout and keeping an eye out for your delivery. If something seems off, check with your neighbors or local post office — they’re usually super helpful!

Changed your mind right after ordering? No worries — email us ASAP at ardigo.swim@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Just keep in mind that once your order is processed, we can’t cancel or change it.
